Sea Vegetable Noodles with Clams

Soak sea vegetables, use warm water for about 5 minutes

Wash the clams (turn up and down in the basin, which is good for spitting sand)

Stir-fry the dried chili in hot oil, add the clams and stir-fry after it is fragrant

Stir fry the clams for juice, if you don’t want the noodles, you can eat them now 😊

Because you want the noodles, add appropriate amount of water, add sea vegetables, and boil.

After the pot is boiling, taste the saltiness to see if you need to add salt, and then add the noodles or instant noodles.

Add the noodles and cook for three minutes to get out of the pot😊. In the picture, the clam was shelled by me.
