Seafood Chicken Congee

Wash half of the chicken and put it in a pot, pour in water and bring it to a boil.

After boiling, cook until the chicken is discolored, then remove the foam.

Put the chicken into the inner pot of the Supor steam ball kettle rice cooker, and then pour an appropriate amount of boiling water. Put in a handful of chives.

Add appropriate amount of ginger, salt, cooking wine or white wine to remove the smell, and then put the inner pot into the rice cooker. Fill the steam cup with clean water according to the water level line.

Close the lid, turn on the power, and press the function key to select the soup function. This function machine is set to 2 hours, you can adjust the time by yourself.
