Seafood Congee

Prepare a sea crab, don’t use ginger juice and glutinous rice

Clean the crab carefully and divide it into small pieces

Put the disassembled crabs into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add Jiu Shun ginger juice and cook, remove the cooked crabs and set aside

Wash the dried scallops, soak and set aside, put the dried scallops in the pot

Put the cooked crabs in the porridge, finally put the prawns, add some salt and white pepper to taste, turn off the heat and serve
