Seafood Fried Kway Teow

Heat oil, stir fry bean sprouts and green onion, add salt and fish sauce to taste

Add a little salt and potato powder to the squid and shrimp, and stir-fry in the pan.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, stir-fry the kway teow, add salt and dark soy sauce to taste, and stir evenly with a little water.
