Seafood Fried Rice

Break up the egg liquid, preheat the pan over high heat, the cooking oil is 80% hot, and the eggs are quickly stirred into short strands and set aside.

(The following steps are in order) Crush the sea urchin into small pieces for later use. Heat the pan to melt the butter, add the rice and stir fry, add the oyster sauce, stir fry into particles, add the salmon pieces and the fried eggs, stir fry, add a little salt, sugar and stir fry a few times

Sprinkle evenly with fish roe, sea urchin, chicory leaves and perilla leaves, and you are done!
