Seafood Fried Rice Cake

2. Ingredients: 2 slices of rice cakes, squid, shrimp, fresh mushroom, carrot, cauliflower, chives, seasoning: sugar, cooking wine, fish sauce

3. Peel and shred carrots

4. Shrimp shelled and gut gut marinated with salt, clean squid, cut into slices, sliced fresh mushrooms, sliced cauliflower, cut scallions

Tips:

The rice cakes can be blanched until they are just soft, and too cold is to prevent sticking.
