Seafood Mushroom Chicken Wing Claypot

Ingredients: chicken wings and seafood mushrooms.

Wash the chicken wings, cut them into pieces, put them on a plate, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, chicken powder, pepper, cornstarch, sugar, sesame oil and water, mix well, and marinate for about 1 hour.

Heat a casserole, add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add the marinated chicken wings.
