Seafood noodles are full of umami flavor. People always have a feeling of fresh eyebrows. I feel that it is really affordable to make at home, and it can be matched according to my own preferences. I chose scallops, yellow croaker, clams and shrimps together. Add some vegetables to make it more nutritious and fresh.

Seafood Noodles

1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash the dried scallops and soak them in yellow wine, wash the shrimps, and scald the clams in boiling water until they are open.

2. Prepare the seasoning

3. Fry the yellow croaker with hot oil in a hot pan until golden on both sides, then add shredded ginger to explode the fragrance

4. Add cooking wine

5. Pour the scallops

6. Pour boiling water

7. After removing the froth, turn to medium and low fire to bring out the umami taste

8. Finally, pour the shrimp, clams, and chicken greens together

9. Bring to a boil and add white pepper to taste and turn off the heat

10. In another pot, boil the water and add the noodles to cook

11. Put the noodles into a bowl first, then add the seafood and sprinkle with chopped green onion to enjoy

Tips:

1. The scallops are salty, plus the original salty taste of seafood, I think the taste is just right without salt, you can season it according to your own preferences
