Seafood Pineapple Fried Rice

Pineapple/fresh shrimp/vegetable rice/ham/salt/egg

Cut the pineapple into small pieces and soak in salt water.

Separate the head and body of the shrimp, remove the shell part of the shrimp body, and set aside.

Beat the eggs.

Heat the pan with cold oil, and pour 50% of the oil into the egg mixture.

Sheng out and spare.

Put the shrimp head into the pot, fry the shrimp oil, and discard the shrimp head after the oil.

Put the prawns into the pot and fry until the color changes.
