The supermarket pineapples are big and fresh. I can’t help but come back after losing one. I fry a pot of colorful seafood pineapple rice, using pineapple as a container, which is very pleasing to the eye.

Seafood Pineapple Rice

1. Wash the rice, soak in water for 2 hours, and cook it with the sausage in a rice cooker.

2. Cut the pineapple by 1/3 from one side, remove the pineapple meat from a spoon, and dice (half the amount is enough for fried rice, the rest can be eaten as fruit, or in various ways

3. First, beat and fry the eggs and serve. Heat oil, fry diced carrots, diced onion, diced asparagus, diced diced sausage, diced sausage, shrimp, and fresh squid in turn. Add a little boiling water, add curry cubes, and stir-fry until the aroma overflows. After stirring, add pineapple cubes and eggs, season with pepper, salt, and sugar, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and stir-fry a bit. Put it in the pineapple shell and start eating.

Tips:

1. The water used to cook the rice should be less than usual, so that the fried rice will become more distinct; 2. The sausage and rice should be cooked together, then dice and fry.
