Seafood Salad Papaya Boat

1. Cut the papaya into two pieces, remove the seeds, and scoop out the meat with a spoon; (don't break the skin, use it as a container), cut the meat into diamond-shaped pieces for use; blanch the scallops and shrimp with hot water (cut with a knife) for use!
