Seafood Spaghetti with Avocado Green Sauce
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
I bought raw pine nuts in order to make it more fragrant. Heat up the wok, stir-fry the raw pine nuts and set aside.
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add garlic slices, chopped octopus and shrimp and stir-fry until cooked.
4.
Make avocado green sauce. Put 1 sliced avocado, 2 sliced garlic cloves, half lemon juice, 2 spoons of olive oil, appropriate amount of basil leaves, and a little salt in the food processor to make a thick sauce.
5.
Put the cooked spaghetti, avocado sauce, shrimp and octopus in the pot and mix well, so that each stick of pasta is covered with thick sauce.
6.
Finally grind the lemon zest to increase the lemon aroma, sprinkle some black pepper
Tips:
1- If you use cooked pine nuts, you can omit the step of frying.
2- The steps of cooking spaghetti are not shown above. Note that after boiling the water, add the pasta and some salt, and cook for 7 or 8 minutes. It can't be too long, or the taste won't be so good.
3- The beaten sauce can be put in some cheese powder, the taste will be more fragrant. The sauce was not put because the cheese powder in the house was used up.
