Seafood Spaghetti with Pumpkin Sauce

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Put the pasta in boiling water and cook for 6 minutes, pick up and set aside.

Dice the onion and cut the garlic into slices.

Wash the asparagus and scrape off the bottom half of the crusty, and fry a little until the surface is slightly yellow.

Arrange the fried asparagus on a plate at will.

Put the pumpkin in boiling water and cook until soft (a fork can be easily passed through)

Put a little oil in the pan, add onion and garlic slices to fragrant when the oil is hot.

When the onion is transparent, add the shrimp and stir fry until the meat is completely white.

Put in the cooked pumpkin, add a bowl of water, and press the spatula to puree the pumpkin.

Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the cooked pasta into the pot and stir fry evenly.

Cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with parsley and cheese powder.
