#seafood#spicy Fried Flying Crab
1.
The flying crabs should be cleaned first. When cleaning, it is recommended to use a toothbrush to brush off the mud on the flying crabs.
2.
Cut the flying crab in half. Because it is raw, the shell will be harder. Cut it down with a strong knife, otherwise the crab meat will easily scatter.
3.
Take an appropriate amount of cornstarch and cover the cuts of the flying crab with starch, so that the meat of the flying crab will not be scattered during frying.
4.
Cut green onion into sections and shred ginger.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, add the onion, ginger and dried chili until fragrant.
6.
Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir fry until it is fragrant.
7.
Pour in the flying crab and stir fry. Dip the flying crab with the sauce and turn the shell of the flying crab into red.
8.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while. The flying crabs are raw, so they must be cooked before they can be eaten.
9.
Don't worry, cover and cook for about 5 or 6 minutes. The soup is almost dry and ready to be out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Frying crabs will take longer, because it needs cooked food to be safe. If you don’t like it, you can steam them first and then fry them.
2. Flying crabs are cold in nature, so add some ginger shreds and stir fry together to get rid of the cold.
