Seafood Spicy Pot

Soak the yuba in cold water 2 hours in advance.

Wash coriander, shiitake mushrooms, and meatballs.

Wash the enoki mushrooms and remove the gut from the shrimp.

Cut the green onions with diagonal blades, and clean the squid into small pieces.
5.
Peel garlic cloves and pat flat, peel and slice ginger, wash broccoli and cut into small pieces.

Wash celery and cut into small pieces.

Boil broccoli, clams, squid, and prawns in a pot and boil. Drain the water and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, and green onions to fry until fragrant. Add the spicy hot pot ingredients and stir for 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons of water.

Put the balls and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients, yuba, broccoli, shrimp, squid, enoki mushroom, celery, and clams (except coriander), stir-fry evenly, and cook for 2 minutes.

Lift the pot and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
1. The spicy hot pot base has enough seasoning, so there is no extra seasoning. You can adjust the amount of hot pot base according to your own taste, or add pepper, salt and other seasonings.
2. The side dishes can be adjusted according to your own preferences or existing ingredients.
