Seafood Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Hot pan oil

3. Add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

4. Add shrimp

5. Stir fry until discolored

6. Add tofu slices

7. Fry for a while

8. Add sea hare, sea rainbow meat, bedding and conch meat

9. Add oyster sauce

10. Add green peppers and carrots

Tips:

Haihong and conch have been blanched with boiling water when they are shelled, and they should be put in later, and it is not suitable to be fried for a long time.
