Tomato pasta is a more traditional pasta. You can use the following tomato sauce as a basis for meat sauce or basil.

But I don’t like to have seasonings like Laoganma or tomato sauce (which is eaten with French fries) into the dishes, because their personality is so strong that they can hardly taste other flavors when they are served. Why do you put so many ingredients?

The taste of the food itself is wonderful, so if you don’t include these seasonings, let’s just leave it alone.

Ingredients

Seafood Tomato Pasta

1. All the ingredients are gathered together, hahaha basically leftovers in the refrigerator, a box of small onions can really be used to a terrible time, in fact, you should use large onions.

2. Cross the tomato, remove the butt, blanch it in boiling water, peel it, and cut into pieces. Mushrooms are all four, other vegetables are cut into small pieces

3. Separate the head and body of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread and shell. Fry the prawn heads first, then squeeze it out and then fry the prawns. Sprinkle some salt and pepper when frying the prawns. When the prawns become discolored, curled and cooked, take them out immediately.

4. The prawns are fried, add some if there is less oil in the pan, and start to fry the onions, carrots and celery.

5. Almost cooked with mushrooms

6. Pouring in big tomatoes

7. Boil it, add bay leaves, cover over medium heat. You can add some thyme in this step and it's delicious, but don't add more

8. Cover the lid and simmer for about 15 minutes, then open the lid on high heat to collect the juice, taste the taste, and add salt. Cook the noodles within 15 minutes. When the noodles are cooked, stir in and put the shrimp. The shrimp is mixed in to heat it up, don’t overcook it

Tips:

1. My other vegetables are cut a bit too big, but it doesn’t matter. This ketchup can also be used as a base for basil ketchup or ketchup. It is rich in content and rich in flavor, and it can also coax children who don’t like carrots to eat. carrot
