Seafood Tomato Salad

Prepare the materials.

Wash the fresh squid with a cutting knife. Shrimp head, shrimp line. (I also removed the shell, you can also keep the shell)

Blanch the fresh squid and shrimp separately.

Wash the small tomatoes, cut in half, and place them on the bottom of the plate. Put on the blanched squid and shrimp.
5.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make a flavored juice.
6.
Just drizzle the sauce on the prepared salad.
