The big fish and meat are too greasy for the New Year, so let’s have a bowl of refreshing small wontons!

Seafood Wonton

1. Take the wontons out of the freezer and warm them up a bit, no need to defrost

2. Put chopped seaweed, dried shrimp skin, pepper, salt, chicken essence, and chopped green onion in the bowl to prepare

3. Pour 500ml of water into the pot and turn on high heat

4. Put the wontons in the lid and cook. Because the wontons are frozen, they can be cooked in cold water at the same time. Such wontons are more likely to be heated evenly and cooked quickly.

5. After the water in the pot boils, turn to low heat immediately, and then scoop a few tablespoons of boiling water

6. Put it in a seasoning bowl and mix well

7. Simmer on low heat for about a minute, pick up the wontons and put them in a bowl, then put a spoonful of salad oil

8. Stir evenly and you can start!

Tips:

1: If you like spicy flavor, you can put a spoonful of chili oil
2: Frozen wontons are cooked with cold water, the taste is stronger
