Seasonal Vegetables and Fresh Rice Sushi

After preparing the ingredients, I used a can of lightly raised fresh rice, carrots, celery, eggs, and beef sauce.

Take a can of rice and add a can of water after washing it.

Then raise the pot, add water to a boil, and blanch the celery and carrots in the pot.

Then boil the pan with water, add a spoonful of egg mixture on low heat, and fry the egg skins for later use.

This water standard is just right for cooking rice, so everyone in the kitchen can cook rice easily.

Put egg crust in the sushi mold, top with rice, then add carrot, celery and beef sauce

Place another layer of rice on the surface, and cut the rolls and you can enjoy it beautifully.

As shown in the picture, it is so deliberate to raise fresh rice sushi, you don't try it yet.
Tips:
If you are not using a non-stick pan to fry the egg crust, you must brush the pan with some oil.
