Braised Rice with Potato Ribs

Pull open the ring of the lightly raised fresh rice jar, and pour the fresh rice out of the pot;

Clean and soak for 2 hours;

Tips:
1. Please low heat when boiling the sugar, otherwise it will burn easily;
2. The final amount of water is slightly more than normal cooking;
3. Pay attention to the amount of soy sauce or soy sauce, too much finished product is too dark!
