Seaweed and Egg Soup

Prepare ingredients for later use, cut tomatoes into cubes, and slice cucumbers into thin slices. (Seaweed is a big bag bought in the supermarket, there are individually wrapped small packets with seasonings)

Stir the eggs well, pour the seaweed bag and dried shrimps together and set aside.

Add clean water to the pot.

After the water boils, add tomatoes, cucumbers, dried shrimps and seaweed.

Stir well. (Seaweed seasoning bag already contains salt, add salt according to taste)

After boiling the pot again, slowly pour the egg liquid in a circular motion around the side of the pot.

Don't stir it yet, wait until the egg has solidified slightly, then stir.

Turn off the heat, drip the sesame oil out of the pot.
