3.
Remove the shrimp thread from the abdomen and back of the shrimp, and then chop them.
4.
The minced shrimps are marinated with lemon slices for 15 minutes to remove fishy, and seaweed is soaked for 10 minutes.
5.
Add 40 grams of water to the starch and mix well.
6.

Pour the diced pumpkin, minced shrimp, whitebait, and seaweed into the egg liquid in turn, and stir evenly.
9.
Brush the inside of the mold with oil, and spread a layer of silicone oil paper on the bottom to prevent sticking.
*If you don't have a mold, just use a small porcelain bowl that can withstand high temperatures at home. Use whatever you have.
10.
Pour all the beaten egg liquid into the mold.
11.
Cover the top of the mold with a high-temperature-resistant plastic wrap, and pierce some small holes around it for ventilation.
*If there is no high-temperature-resistant Pvdc or pmp plastic wrap, don't use ordinary plastic wrap to heat it. Use a small plate to buckle it to prevent water vapor from entering.
12.
Put the fish cakes in the steamer and steam for about 15 minutes on medium-low heat.
13.
Take it out after it's fully cooked, release it from the mold, tear off the greased paper, and cut into small pieces.
