Seaweed Flakes

First put the powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and milk into the same container

Heat over water to melt the mixture

After the mixture has cooled down and is not hot, add the egg yolk liquid and stir well.

Then sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder

Use a manual whisk to quickly stroke Z and stir it into a smooth batter

Spread a layer of cooking oil on the non-stick mold

Take an appropriate amount of batter with a spoon, and directly spoon it on the baking tray, as shown in the figure, keep a certain distance for each batter

After the oven is preheated, turn on the heat to 170 degrees, lower the heat to 150 degrees, the middle layer, bake for about 15 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
Tips:
1. The mixture of melted butter can be heated in a microwave oven;
2. The batter needs to be in a flowing state, and it will spread naturally when the spoon is on the baking pan. If the batter is solidified, it can be restored by heating with water;
3. If there is seaweed powder, use seaweed powder for better taste.
