Seaweed Meatball Soup
1.
Prepare chicken balls and seaweed (I made the chicken balls in advance and frozen them)
2.
Bring water to a boil in the pot, add the meatballs
3.
Boil the meatballs until they are cooked through and float, add a little salt
4.
Put seaweed in the bowl
5.
Pour in the cooked meatball soup
6.
Add chopped chives and sesame oil
Tips:
Chicken balls can be replaced with pork balls or fish balls or shrimp balls.
