Seaweed Mixed with Soybeans

Soybeans foam one night in advance.

Add appropriate amount of salt to the soybeans and cook them in a pressure cooker.

Cut the kelp foam into silk.

Cut the ginger, green onions, and garlic well.

Add appropriate amount of water and salt to the wok, bring to a boil, add the kelp and boil for two minutes, remove.

Pour the cooked soybeans onto the kelp.

Wash the wok, add proper amount of oil, add ginger and garlic to fragrant after the oil heats up, then add green onions to make sesame oil.
8.
Pour 7 made sesame oil on kelp and soybeans.
9.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and serve.
