Potato Seaweed Soup

Prepare dried kelp and potatoes

Dried kelp soaked in water for 30 minutes and cooked for later use

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces (or long strips) and cut kelp into slices (or shreds) for later use

Put oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion when the oil is hot, and fry until fragrant, add the potatoes and fry for a while

Add a little pepper, light soy sauce

Add hot water, add the kelp after the water is boiled and continue cooking

Cook until the potatoes become soft, the soup thickens, add salt, and season with chicken essence
