Today I talked about this Korean seaweed soup, a soup I like very much, and I highly recommend it! In South Korea, this soup is also called longevity soup. It is eaten early on the day of birthday, and it is also a very frequent delicacy in Korean dramas. The harmonious combination of kelp, miso and beef, although beef is added, but it is not greasy at all, but it creates a fresh and good taste.

1. Take a piece of dried kelp and soak it in water

2. Soak the kelp as needed, cut the garlic into minced garlic, wash the beef

3. Cut beef into small pieces, add half of the minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, marinate for 15 minutes

4. Pour 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in the pot, add the cut beef cubes after the oil is hot, and stir fry for about 3 minutes

5. Pour in enough hot water and cook for 50 minutes on medium-low heat
