I was not used to eating kelp before. Every time the kelp is stewed, I have to make a dip. It always feels weird to eat the kelp without dipping it in water. And now I don’t know what’s going on, I’m actually used to stewed kelp.
Today, I didn’t eat this seaweed pork rib soup with water, and I thought the seaweed was fresh and beautiful. I don’t know if there are any friends who are not used to eating kelp like me, you can try this soup. The taste is pretty good.

Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

1. Prepare raw materials: ribs, kelp, ginger, etc.

2. Wash the ribs and set aside. The ribs can be cut off by the store.

3. Put clean water and spare ribs in the pot, boil for a while, then remove and rinse with clean water.

4. Soak the kelp in advance, wash and cut into sections. Wash the ginger and pat loose.

5. Put the ribs, pepper, ginger, and water in the pressure cooker.

6. Then put in the kelp.

7. Close the lid and simmer over medium heat until SAIC.

8. After the ingredients are simmered, add some salt.

9. Just stir evenly.

10. Serve on the table. Eat meat, vegetables, and soup, not to mention satisfying.

Tips:

1. Table salt should be put in last. The amount of salt increases or decreases according to the weight of the ingredients and the water.
