Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup
1.
The washed ribs are blanched in the pot for 3 minutes, and then rinsed with water to remove any foam on the surface.
2.
Put the ribs in a pressure cooker, add ginger slices, add a few drops of vinegar (to help dissolve the calcium), add enough water at one time, and press for 20 minutes.
3.
The washed kelp is blanched in hot water, picked up and washed, and cut into sections.
4.
The carrot is pressed into a heart shape with a mold.
5.
Put the cooked ribs and soup in the pot, and put the seaweed.
6.
Add carrots and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.
7.
Add salt to taste at the end.
Tips:
It is convenient and quick to use a pressure cooker for braising ribs. For better taste, you can use a casserole instead.
