Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Salted kelp, take out an appropriate amount, then wash it with clean water, and then soak it in clean water for 6-8 hours. (Because of time, I made it in the evening ahead of time, so I can cook in the morning)
2.
Washing kelp is to wash the salt on the surface of the kelp, so that the kelp will not be salty!
3.
Contrast before and after foaming!
4.
Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic, and aniseed, all of which can be cut into large pieces, because it is a soup, not a stir-fry, so you don't need to cut it into small pieces!
5.
Wash the ribs, blanch first to remove the blood!
6.
Prepare a casserole, put in the right amount of water, add the ribs, green onion, ginger and garlic aniseed!
7.
It is recommended to put the kelp after the water is boiled, I am lazy, and let it go when the water is not boiled! When stewed in a casserole, the seaweed will usually be waxy in half an hour (if you don't like waxy, it is recommended to put the seaweed after the water is boiled) and simmer for half an hour!
8.
Boil the pan, pour a little vinegar, and serve!
9.
The thick part of the kelp head is suitable for stewing soup, and the thin part, I just put it in a cold sauce, green onion, ginger, garlic, and blanched kelp, put them in a bowl, add a little dried chili, and drizzle with hot oil! Enjoy delicious cold kelp!
Tips:
Kelp is a kind of sea food. It comes with some salt. When cooking, you can add an appropriate amount of salt according to your taste! When boiling the soup, you must have a low heat. You can adjust the cooking time appropriately according to the situation. I personally like to eat pork ribs with a little texture, so the total cooking time is only about 45 minutes! It depends on personal preference!
