Seaweed Rice Roll

The glutinous rice and rice are washed and soaked overnight, then put the soaked rice in a rice cooker, pour a small amount of water (a little bit of rice is enough) to cook the rice

Prepare cooked rice, pork floss, fried dough sticks, sushi bamboo curtain, seaweed, boiled water and rice spoon

Take a piece of seaweed and place it on the bamboo curtain, and then use a rice spoon to wash with boiled water (anti-sticking), scoop the rice onto the seaweed, spread it evenly, and sprinkle with pork floss

Add half a stick of fried dough sticks.

Roll up from bottom to top, and then pinch hard to shape

Finally, use a sharp knife to cut small pieces (before cutting, wipe the surface of the knife with some boiled water, otherwise the knife will stick)

Seaweed inner roll: cover the bamboo curtain with plastic wrap

Spoon the rice onto the plastic wrap and spread it evenly

Sprinkle another layer of pork floss

Then cover the seaweed on top of the pork floss, and put half a stick of fried dough

Finally, roll it up, squeeze it a few times after it is rolled up, cut it out, and enjoy it beautifully!
Tips:
1. Since the rice has been soaked and absorbed enough water, the amount of water should not be too much when cooking, otherwise it will be too soft and affect the taste
2. The glutinous rice is very sticky, so the spoon and knife must be watered before proceeding
3. If the taste is weak, you can add some salt and sushi vinegar to the cooked rice
