Since my family loves to eat, I will cook glutinous rice every time after making fried dough sticks. The rice carp made this time looks very similar to sushi because of the addition of seaweed.
In fact, I have been buying seaweed for a long time. I thought it was used to make sushi. I have never eaten sushi before, so I wanted to try it, but for various reasons I haven’t made it. I didn’t think of it until I made 粢饭. I used it and made two styles, one is seaweed outsourcing and the other is in-rolling. Unexpectedly, the effect is really good, not only the appearance is enhanced, but the taste and taste are also richer.

1. The glutinous rice and rice are washed and soaked overnight, then put the soaked rice in a rice cooker, pour a small amount of water (a little bit of rice is enough) to cook the rice

2. Prepare cooked rice, pork floss, fried dough sticks, sushi bamboo curtain, seaweed, boiled water and rice spoon

3. Take a piece of seaweed and place it on the bamboo curtain, and then use a rice spoon to wash with boiled water (anti-sticking), scoop the rice onto the seaweed, spread it evenly, and sprinkle with pork floss

4. Add half a stick of fried dough sticks.

5. Roll up from bottom to top, and then pinch hard to shape

6. Finally, use a sharp knife to cut small pieces (before cutting, wipe the surface of the knife with some boiled water, otherwise the knife will stick)

7. Seaweed inner roll: cover the bamboo curtain with plastic wrap

Tips:

1. Since the rice has been soaked and absorbed enough water, the amount of water should not be too much when cooking, otherwise it will be too soft and affect the taste
2. The glutinous rice is very sticky, so the spoon and knife must be watered before proceeding
3. If the taste is weak, you can add some salt and sushi vinegar to the cooked rice
