Seaweed Roll

Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips. Blanch them with boiling water. Wash the cucumber and cut into long thin strips. Cook the sausage with frying and cut into long strips.

Season the rice with vinegar and sugar and mix well. Spread the seaweed on the sushi curtain, spread the rice evenly on the seaweed, leaving some distance on the top edge to keep the rice away. Spread cucumbers, carrots, and sausage on the bottom edge.

Tighten the seaweed into a roll with the help of a sushi curtain from bottom to top, and fix it for a while.

Use a knife to cut the seaweed roll into small pieces.
