Seaweed Salad
1.
Wash kelp and cut into pieces. Pour hot water to a boil, and blanch the seaweed for a while.

Cut coriander and green onions into sections.
3.
Stir a proper amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and green pepper oil.
4.
Put it all in the kelp.
5.
Stir well.
6.
Just serve it with some cooked sesame seeds.
