Seaweed Salad
1.
Blanch the washed kelp in boiling water (in order to increase the taste, I added vinegar and salt to the water, and put some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell).
2.
The initial reconciliation of the sauce, the homemade chili oil was not shot!
3.
Prepare minced ginger and minced garlic (personally think a little more delicious)
4.
Saute part of the minced garlic and ginger over a low heat
5.
Pour the sauce into the sauteed garlic and ginger, simmer for 1 to 2 minutes
6.
After the sauce is up, pour the remaining minced garlic and ginger and mix well (because I personally think that raw garlic and ginger are more enjoyable) The final sauce is ready O(∩_∩)O
7.
Add a few drops of sesame oil and mix well with the sauce and kelp (the sesame oil cannot be heated, it will not fragrant after heating), and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion to enhance the fragrance.
Tips:
Tell everyone a trick to chop the chopped green onions. What to do if the round green onions are not good enough to cut. First, slap it flat, then scribble a few knives according to the texture of the onion, and then cut it is much easier. Fine.
