Seaweed Sesame Pork Floss

Wash the pork, dry the water, and cut into larger pieces.

Put the meat pieces into the boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and the amount of water is equal to the meat pieces. After the high heat boils, turn to medium heat and cook for about three minutes to boil the blood.

Remove the boiled meat and throw away the boiled meat. Put the meat in an electric pressure cooker, pour boiling water, the amount of water just covered the meat. Add green onion, sliced ginger, aniseed, pepper, bay leaves, cooking wine.

Tips:

2. The seasoning is increased or decreased according to your favorite taste, and the taste of the recipe is salty, fresh and slightly sweet.

4. The finished product produced by the preparation time in the recipe has a slightly moist and fluffy taste. I personally like this kind of floss. If you like dry, you can add more meat floss program, or you can end the program ahead of time according to the situation; if you like moist, only perform one meat floss program.
5. There is a lot of meat in the recipe, because I want to cook more at a time. If the meat is reduced to about 500g, the taste will be slightly drier, but the amount of seasoning and the program time must be adjusted accordingly.
