Seaweed Sesame Pork Floss Bread

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add warm water, egg liquid, oil and other liquids to the bread bucket one by one, add salt and sugar, sift in high-gluten powder and milk powder, add yeast, start two kneading procedures, and start fermentation procedures.

Tips:
1. The baking time of different ovens is different, please set according to the characteristics of your own oven.
2. Reserve one third of the egg liquid, and finally brush it on the bread.
3. The water consumption of different brands of flour is also different, you can reserve 10g of water depending on the situation.
