Seaweed Shredded Cabbage

Wash the cabbage and shred it.

Wash the kelp shredded hair and cut twice in the middle.

Heat oil, fry scallions, add shrimp skins and stir fry.

Add cabbage and stir fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Put in kelp shreds.

Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.

Tips:
1. The cabbage can be cut thicker.
2. Light soy sauce can be used without oyster sauce.
