Seaweed Soda Crackers

The butter is softened at room temperature. Add in powdered sugar and beat well until it is lightly whitish. Add in sifted low-gluten flour, baking soda, and salt, mix well, add ground seaweed and egg whites and mix well to form a dough

Roll into thin slices and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour, take it out and cut into pieces, pierce the surface, and bake in the 180° oven for 20-25 minutes
