Seaweed Tofu Soup

Use brine tofu, seaweed soak and wash

Cut the soy rot into small pieces, not too big, just a little more than 1 cm square

Wash the coriander, slice the green onion and ginger, I prepared two more shiitake mushrooms

I used a small pot, put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of Chinese pepper oil, fry the chives and ginger

Add water, put in tofu cubes

Add shiitake mushrooms, boil and simmer for half an hour

Add seaweed and season with salt

Cook for 10 minutes, add coriander, chicken essence, and drop in sesame oil.
Tips:
Don't put too much cooking oil, it will be more comfortable to eat lighter.
Tofu can be soaked in water for half an hour in the soup.
