Secret Braised Pork Sauce

Wash the pork belly and cut into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms and onions into small pieces for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, slowly deep fry on a low fire until golden, and control the oil for later use (you can also use it directly without oil control). This is the soul of braised pork sauce-onion crisp.

Tips:
1. You can put more shiitake mushrooms, soaked dried shiitake mushrooms are more fragrant.
2. Put the boiled eggs or quail eggs in a saucepan and boil them together. It is very good to eat with rice.
3. It takes more time to make meat sauce. I do a lot of it. Pack it and put it in the refrigerator for storage. When it's greedy, take it out and steam it and eat it.
