What I brought today is my husband’s homemade meat sauce. The meat sauce he made is delicious. It is used for bibimbap and noodles. It belongs to his private craftsmanship, and he usually doesn't show it.

4. 2 star anise, 1 cinnamon, 2 grass fruits, appropriate amount of peppercorns

5. Pour a little oil into the pan to heat up, then turn off the heat and let it cool for a while. Add star anise, grass fruit, cinnamon, peppercorns and fry them for a while, then add green onions and minced ginger to fry until fragrant. Put the spices, but the oil is not hot, so that the fried spices taste good and will not burn. Don’t put the spices in the oil if it is too cold.

6. Add pork belly, add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, stir fry until the diced meat changes color and a little oil

7. Add 2 teaspoons of dried yellow sauce, 2 teaspoons of sweet noodle sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of pepper and stir fry. Let the oil and sauce slowly melt and fry until fragrant

Tips:

1. When the sauce is fried until oil is deposited on the surface, you can turn off the heat, don't fry it, the sauce will become bitter after it is fried;
2. The sauce can be fried more at once and put in the refrigerator for later use. If you are lazy and don't want to cook someday, cook the noodles, make some vegetables, and mix with the sauce to make a meal;
3. The three kinds of sauces have a salty taste, so there is no need to put salt in the sauce.
