Secret Roasted Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet, cut off the chicken feet, and cut into small pieces with a knife.

In a pot under cold water, ➕ green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise and bay leaves, boil for 10 minutes, and remove the cold water.

Start the pot and heat oil, add green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, millet, pepper, dried chili, and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the chicken feet, add 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of rock sugar, 1 spoon of salt, and stir fry.
