Secret Sauce Elbow

Clean the pork knuckle and remove the blood. Marinate it for several hours with salt cooking wine, red wine, green onion and ginger, dark soy sauce

Take the pressure cooker and put the marinated pork knuckle on the sauce for 40 minutes
