Secret Spicy Fish Fillet

Cut a piece of black fish and clean it (because there is a lot of mucus, it needs to be cleaned several times)

Dried chili, pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic are cleaned and set aside;

Marinated fish: Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, salt, ginger slices and green onions into the fish cubes that have been washed and dried for 5 hours;

Gently spread a thin layer of flour on the marinated fish to prevent the skin from sticking to the pan, but the flour is not easy to be too much;

Pour enough oil in the hot pan to heat the fried fish to fry the fish into golden brown;

Stir fragrant chili, pepper, garlic and ginger in a hot pan with oil. The frying time is about 5 minutes. The fire is not easy to get too high;

Tips:
1. The fish pieces are not easy to be too big, so as not to be difficult to taste (we cut a little bit because of laziness this time, the taste is obviously affected);
2. The longer the marinating time, the better the taste, add more salt and cooking wine, and add flavor to remove fishy;
3. The drier the fish is fried, the better
