Prepare the raw materials.

Use a food processor to grind the chili into powder, not too fine. (I personally like to grind the chili powder by myself. I always feel that the color is not correct when I buy it outside. The powder is either too coarse or too fine. If you think it is troublesome to grind yourself, buy the chili powder directly)

Add pepper powder and salt to the chili powder.

Add sesame oil, chili oil, and pepper oil, mix well, soak the powder completely. (Many of my friends think that it is unnecessary to add chili oil to make you spiced hot pepper, personally think it is more fragrant, please do it according to your own preferences)

Pour Jiusan non-GMO freshly squeezed soybean oil into the pot

Turn off the fire until after a larger smoke. (The oil temperature is high, it is not recommended to use a coated pot, but use an iron pot)

When there is no smoke, add ginger, pepper, and star anise. Turn on a low heat and slowly fry until fragrant. Then remove the ginger, pepper and star anise.

Pour into the pot, add the cooked white sesame seeds, turn on the heat, and simmer while stirring slowly. The teacher said at the time that it would be simmered for half an hour. I used it for ten minutes, and it felt very fragrant, so I turned off the heat.
