Secret Super Flavored Edamame

Cut off the corners on both sides of the edamame, wash and set aside.

Cut the millet pepper into sections, smash the garlic, and prepare the condiments.

After the oil is heated, pour the condiments into the pot and stir fragrant. Pour in edamame and stir fry together, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, continue to stir fry evenly, add water to cover the edamame, pour in appropriate amount of dark soy sauce.

After the high heat has boiled, turn to low heat and cook slowly. When half of the soup is left, add the right amount of salt. When the juice is collected, it will be out!

Tips:
1. If you like to eat harder edamame, turn on the high heat to collect the juice in advance. If you like to eat soft beans, cook it on a low heat or just throw it in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
2. Salt must be added when half of the soup is left, otherwise it won't taste
3. Don't dry up the soup completely, leave a little bit soaked in edamame to make it more flavorful
4. It tastes better after putting it in the refrigerator in summer
