Self-made Glutinous Rice

Wash the glutinous rice twice and put it in an electric pressure cooker, add 500ml of hot water (the water consumption is less than usual for steamed rice, heating water can save electricity), and start the rice program.

Take a clean basin and disinfect with hot water. Put the steamed rice in a bowl.

Take 500ml of cold boiled water and stir the rice.

Dry the rice to about 35°C (feel warm by touching it with your hands). Use 150ml of warm water to dissolve the sweet koji (I use Anqi brand), stir it with the rice and put it into the hot water sterilized rice wine machine Gallbladder (2L), make a small nest in the middle to observe the alcohol.

36 hours later, the time to verify the miracle has arrived!
Tips:
You don't need to make a small nest. When the time is up, you can shake the inner pot and feel the separation of the rice wine. If the inner tank is 1l, it is recommended to halve the amount of glutinous rice koji.
