Serving Dishes-braised Octopus
1.
(My one was packed and frozen before, I used a large one) Clean up the hairtail and cut it into sections for later use.
2.
Cut the green onion and garlic and set aside (forgot to cut the ginger).
3.
Add hot oil to the octopus and fry it to make golden brown on both sides.
4.
Add green onions, garlic and ginger (I forgot to put ginger, sorry).
5.
Add vinegar, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce and stir fry (don't try too hard to prevent the fish from loosening. Wash the light soy sauce by yourself. If you like the color to be heavy, add a little more, and master it yourself).
6.
Add a small amount of water, add sugar and salt to adjust the mouth, simmer for a while to collect the juice, and sprinkle some chopped green onion after it is out of the pot.
7.
The delicious braised octopus is out of the pot, let’s enjoy it.
