Sesame Almond Cake

Ingredients: 100g low-gluten flour, 70g butter, 50g powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, 15g light cream, 1 egg yolk, appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, appropriate amount of almond flakes

To soften the butter, add the powdered sugar and vanilla powder and mix well. Add light cream and mix well. Sift in the flour and mix into a uniform batter

Shape into strips with a diameter of 1.5 cm, wrap them in plastic wrap, and refrigerate them for more than 1 hour until the dough becomes hard. Take it out, remove the plastic wrap, brush the surface with egg yolk, put it in a pile of sesame seeds, coat with sesame seeds, and cut into 1 cm thick pieces.

Place in the baking tray. Brush the surface with egg yolk and put a slice of almond on it. Put it in the oven, the middle level, the upper and lower fire 170 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, the surface is golden, out of the oven
Tips:
Just brush the egg yolk evenly with a thin layer. If you brush too much, the baked color will be very dark.
Roll the dough brushed with egg yolk in the pile of sesame seeds to evenly coat the sesame seeds.
